$100 million collection of art for sale at Christie’s – Rothko, Pollock and more

If you’re tastes (and pocketbook) go toward multi-multi-million dollar, blue chip abstract expressionist art, then you’re in luck … or at least you have a fighting chance to acquire major works by Mark Rothko, Jackson Pollock and several other bold face names.   Christie’s has secured a treasure trove of works from the estate of collector David Pincus and will put them at auction on May 8th during the Post-War and Contemporary evening sale in New York.
